Speed defines user experience. I optimize for Core Web Vitals, LCP, and bundle sizes from day one — ISR, SSG, and lazy loading are built-in defaults, not afterthoughts.
Scalable Architecture
Good systems are built to grow. From mono-repo setups serving 6+ domains to platforms managing thousands of cloud deployments — I think in scale from the start.
Data-Driven Decisions
Analytics, A/B testing, and conversion tracking are integral to my workflow. I use GA4, Meta CAPI, and experimentation frameworks to make decisions backed by real data.
